Delete account & data

During the RealPic beta, account and data deletion requests are handled manually so we can verify the request and avoid deleting the wrong account.

How to request deletion

Email privacy@realpicmemories.com from the email address used for your RealPic account with the subject "RealPic account deletion request".

What may be deleted

• Account profile data.
• Films and photos stored in RealPic.
• Unfulfilled beta data that is no longer needed.

What may be retained

RealPic may retain limited records when required for legal, tax, accounting, security, fraud prevention, payment dispute, or completed fulfillment reasons.
