Terms of Service

These Terms govern the use of RealPic Memories ("RealPic", "we", "us"). By creating an account, using the app, purchasing a film package, or submitting photos for print, the user agrees to these Terms.
Service
RealPic lets users create digital films, capture photos with the in-app camera, and order printed photos or albums for delivery. Gallery import may be offered only as an optional paid add-on and may be limited during beta.
Beta and invite-only access
RealPic may operate as a private beta. Features, pricing, fulfillment, shipping regions, payment methods, and availability may change. During beta, access may require an invite code, and some support or deletion requests may be handled manually.
User responsibilities
- Capture or submit only photos the user owns or has permission to use.
- Do not submit illegal, abusive, explicit, harmful, private, infringing, or non-consensual content.
- Do not submit photos of minors unless the user has the legal right and appropriate consent.
- Review photos, film names, address details, and order details before approving print.
- Keep account credentials private.
Photo rights
Users keep ownership of their photos. The user grants RealPic limited permission to store, process, transmit, print, package, and deliver submitted photos only as needed to provide the service, operate support, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
Payments, refunds, and shipping
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. RealPic does not store full card details. Refunds are handled according to the Refund Policy. Shipping is handled according to the Shipping Policy.
Prohibited use
RealPic may suspend or remove accounts, films, photos, or orders that appear to create legal, safety, platform, or operational risk, including illegal content, harassment, infringement, non-consensual photos, fraudulent purchases, chargeback abuse, or attempts to access other users' data.
Account deletion
Users may request account and data deletion at realpicmemories.com/delete-account. Some records may be retained when required for legal, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute, or security purposes.
Disclaimers and liability
RealPic is provided during beta on an "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RealPic will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
Governing law
Unless consumer protection law requires otherwise, these Terms are intended to be governed by the laws of Israel.
