RealPic Memories ("RealPic", "we", "us") is a digital film and printed photo album service. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how we share it, and how users can request access, correction, or deletion.

Information we collect
- Account information: name, email address, authentication provider, and user ID.
- Film and photo information: film name, captured photos, photo count, album status, and related metadata.
- Order and fulfillment information: package, payment status, order ID, delivery status, recipient details, shipping address, and tracking.
- Payment references: payment status and provider references. RealPic does not store full card details.
- Device and technical information needed to diagnose bugs, crashes, abuse, and security issues.
- Legal consent records: acceptance status, acceptance time, and policy version.
RealPic is designed around camera-only captures. Gallery import may be available only as an optional paid add-on. We do not intentionally collect precise GPS location, contacts, health information, government IDs, or other sensitive information unless the user chooses to include such information inside a photo or support message.
How we use information
We use information to create accounts, save films and photos, process purchases, print and ship albums, provide support, prevent fraud, debug technical issues, and comply with legal, tax, accounting, platform, and security obligations.
Photos
Users keep ownership of their photos. RealPic does not sell user photos, use user photos for advertising without explicit permission, or use user photos to train AI models. RealPic shares photos with printing or fulfillment providers only when required to produce and deliver the user's order.
Third-party services
RealPic may use Firebase / Google Cloud, Google Sign-In, Apple Sign-In, PayPal or other payment providers, printing and shipping providers, app stores, and operating-system services. These providers receive only the information reasonably needed to perform their role.
Data retention and deletion
Photos and film data may be retained while the account is active and orders are being processed. After fulfillment, RealPic may retain limited order records for support, accounting, fraud prevention, disputes, and legal compliance. Users may request access, correction, export, or deletion at realpicmemories.com/delete-account or by emailing privacy@realpicmemories.com.
Children
RealPic is not intended for children under 18. Users must not capture or submit photos of minors unless they have the legal right and appropriate consent to do so.
Security and transfers
RealPic uses reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect user information. No system is perfectly secure. RealPic and its service providers may process information in countries other than the user's country of residence.
