Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to RealPic film packages, printed photos, albums, and related fulfillment services.
Before printing
If an order has not yet been sent to print or production, the user may request cancellation and a refund by contacting support as soon as possible.
After printing begins
Once an order has been sent to print or production has started, refunds are generally not available unless there is a clear production defect, failed delivery caused by RealPic or the fulfillment provider, duplicate payment, or another issue confirmed by RealPic.
Damaged or defective orders
If printed photos or albums arrive damaged or defective, contact RealPic within 7 days of delivery with the order email or order ID, a description, and photos of the damaged product and packaging when possible.
User mistakes
RealPic is not responsible for failed delivery, printing mistakes, or delays caused by incorrect information entered by the user, including an incorrect shipping address, wrong recipient details, or photos approved by the user.
Payment disputes
Users should contact RealPic support before opening a payment dispute so we can investigate and resolve the issue quickly.
