This Shipping Policy explains how RealPic handles delivery of printed photos and albums.
Shipping availability
During beta, RealPic may limit shipping to selected countries, regions, testers, or fulfillment partners.
Processing time
Orders require processing time before shipment, including preparing the film, sending approved photos to production, printing, quality checks, packaging, and handing the order to a delivery provider.
Delivery estimates
Delivery times may vary depending on destination, shipping provider, customs, weather, holidays, carrier delays, local restrictions, or other events outside RealPic's control.
Tracking
If tracking is available, RealPic may provide a tracking number or delivery status update. Not every beta order may include live tracking.
Incorrect address
Users are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address and contact details. RealPic is not responsible for failed delivery caused by incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or unreachable address details supplied by the user.
Lost or delayed packages
If a package is significantly delayed or appears lost, contact RealPic. We will review the order with the fulfillment or delivery provider and may offer a reprint, replacement, refund, or other solution depending on the circumstances.
